AGUADA CREEK

Mixed Use + Housing

Downtown density is critical for more resilient and efficient cities and three-story townhomes are among the most sustainable building types. These 14 units will be built in downtown Pensacola –  the contemporary features reflect the honest construction techniques of the historic area, and passed a rigorous set of guidelines from the Architectural Review Board. A mix of two-bedroom units and three-bedroom units, many have a roof deck. Materials include painted brick, wood windows with thin frames, steel-framed balconies, and wood trellises at the roof deck.
