Relativity Space

Commercial

A company that 3D prints rocket engines using the largest robotic metal printer in the world? That sounds like science fiction but eh Aeon and Terran 1 rockets have been tested hundreds of times, proving that this concept is viable. For a company that uses engineering to bring imagination into reality, workspaces had to be special, integrating art and design into conventional, industrial building shells to inspire ‘wonder, audacity, relentlessness, and humanity’, the core values.

uA has worked with Relativity Space on five structures since 2023, moving quickly to align with the ambitious timeline to expand technical boundaries. The historic A-2 Test Stand is undergoing upgrades and retrofits, including the sixth-floor data center. Support structures near the test stand house sensitive data and electrical equipment. At the Hangar, we developed the color palette for company use throughout their facilities nationwide, and standards for millwork, signage, and finishes.
